The tours vary in length, with most lasting about 2 hours. The Lombard Street tour and the longer Original SF tour run 3 hours, and the SF in One Day tour is 5 hours.

Most tours start at different locations in the city. The most popular tour is the Original SF tour, which begins at Union Square and ends at the Transamerica Pyramid.

The tours vary in price depending on their length. The 2 hour tours are $250, 3 hour tours are $350, and the 5 hour tour is $550. For the SF in One Day tour, you will also have to buy a cable car ticket for each guest on the tour.

If you cancel your tour more than 72 hours before the tour starts, you will receive a full refund. Canceling between 72 hours and 24 hours ahead of time will qualify for a 50% refund. Canceling within 24 hours or a no-show will not qualify for a refund.

Thankfully San Francisco is not a very rainy city! However, if the weather turns bad on the day of the tour, I will do my best to accommodate you with another time or date slot within a few days of your scheduled tour. If you decide not to take a tour due to the rain, this will not qualify for a refund.

Nearly every tour is just fine for strollers and wheelchairs. However, the SF in One Day tour is not advisable for wheelchairs because the cable car cannot accommodate them and there is no ramp to get on the car. Chinatown is somewhat challenging based on the steepness of the hills and the narrow sidewalks, but is doable.

Nearly every tour starts from a different location, so there is no one best parking option for you. However, I’d be happy to make suggestions based on which tour you take!

Absolutely! I have given tours to people and groups of all ages, and I am happy to tone down the more adult-oriented parts of the tours.

The group size is entirely up to you! I have given tours to 50 people at a time, and we can make it work. However, as the group gets larger, we start moving slower and we don’t get to see everything on the tour. It also becomes less personal because the group is so big. I recommend a maximum size of 30 people, and if your group is larger than that, I can bring on a second guide and we’ll split the group up.
